I keep track of my beep test scores and my running distance to see improve. On fitness days you can see me so I don’t have to prove anything but at home its easy to make up lies so I give evidence. Like you see me after the beep test or any fitness day I am always tomato red and hot, I also get really sweaty. It is mostly of my workouts because I think my fitness explains itself. On top of that to keep me balanced and healthy I have to eat healthy food and drink lots of water. I do things like lunges, sit ups, high knees, push-ups, squats, and etc. Cardio workout also helps me train as well. I do other activities to get my speed up like biking. I try to workout at least 3 times a week. I also try to do a lot of core exercise so I can get more fit. My last beep test score was 8.3 and the one before that was 7.4 so I am improving a lot. My beep test score has kept increasing each time and my goal is to make it to 10 or at least 9.5 on the beep test by the end of the year. I’ve achieved many of my goals like by running a lot as an after school workout for 30. This year has been a great successful year.
